Welcome to the website of Lina Bausch.

Lina is an award winning fine artist, specializing in intricate works done in gouache, pen and ink and pencil, oils on canvas, commissions and murals.

Lina's work is renowned for its intricate backgrounds and beautiful colour. It is also diverse, covering Australian birds (particularly parrots), flora, landscapes and her other love, buildings. Lina also specializes in large murals,  completing a beautiful one for Mt Buller Ski School in 2006.

Lina became a member of A.G.R.A (The Australian Guild of Realist Artists)  in 2006.

Lina is presently designing a range for the affluent  "Snowbunny" called "Snowbunny Shabbychic " and has also changed the name of her Gallery to "The Snow Bunny Gallery".

She is also working under her new website name www.mtbullerart.com.au.

Her range of "Giclee Prints" is being managed by Greg Walker of the "Giclee Studios". These prints will be a must for any serious collector. Please refer for his contact on the "Giclee" page.

Lina is slowly trying to rebuild her Gallery/Studio in Maindample. It is based nearly opposite the historic Maindample Hotel and the actual site of her Gallery "The SnowBunny" is located where there used to be a blacksmith at the beginning of 1900. She is glad the old railway is being resurrected also, which runs straight past her property. It will be a walking and bicyle track, connecting Yea and Mansfield.

Great news... Earlier this year, the Honorary- Consul General for the Republic of Estonia, in Sydney, Malle Tohver, was so impressed with my work she ordered 100 Christmas cards from my printer, Greg Walker. The card is of my"Beautiful Cooma Locals" and turned out quite beautiful.

She has just made another inquiry about making another card,  featuring part of my Buller Mural (Please see the Mt Buller Page). The Black Cockatoo and Wallabies will be posted all over the world...

Lina is also currently working on a series of gorgeous "Florals". These will be in Gouache as well as oils. These paintings will be exhibited in an Exclusive Exhibition in Melbourne. It will be advertised in The Herald Sun, Sunday. "
